Refund Policy

This Refund and Return Policy governs the use of the Ampang Superbowl Membership mobile app and any refund claims made through it. Ampang Superbowl Sdn Bhd shall hereinafter be referred to as “Ampang Superbowl”, “we”, “our”, or “us.”

1. Privacy Policy
1.1 By using the mobile app and completing a top-up transaction, customers agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Scope Of Eligibility
2.1 This refund policy applies only to unused tokens purchased via top-up through the Ampang Superbowl Membership mobile app.
2.2 Bonus tokens issued during promotional top-ups are non-refundable and will be forfeited during the refund process.
2.3 Tokens that have been used, redeemed, or transferred are not eligible for a refund.
2.4 Only full refunds of the remaining unused original token balance are allowed. Partial refunds are not permitted.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Customers may request a refund for unused original tokens, regardless of when the top-up was made.
3.2 Refunds are calculated at RM1 per unused original token, limited to the total unused original token balance.
3.3 All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].
3.4 To proceed with the refund, customers are required to complete the official Refund Request Form, which will be provided only upon request via the same email address.
3.5 Incomplete forms or failure to submit the required documentation may result in delays or rejection of the refund request.

4. Required Documentation

4.1 Customers are required to provide the following to initiate the refund process:

  • Registered phone number and email tied to their app account
  • Transaction ID or proof of top-up (e.g. receipt or screenshot)
  • Screenshot of current token balance
  • Bank account details (must match the registered user profile)

4.2 Ampang Superbowl reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary.

5. Refund Channels and Timeline

5.1 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via bank transfer to an account that matches the registered app account holder’s details.

5.2 Malaysian Account Holders

  • The bank account holder’s name and national identification (IC) must match the registered details in the Ampang Superbowl Membership app.
  • Payments to third-party accounts are strictly not allowed.

5.3 Non-Malaysian Account Holders

  • Refunds to foreign bank accounts will be processed via Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
  • The bank account holder’s name must match the registered user information in the app.
  • Refunds to non-Malaysian accounts are only applicable for amounts exceeding RM100.


5.4 Approved refunds will be processed by Ampang Superbowl within 30 days.
This timeline excludes any additional processing time required by the payment gateway or the receiving bank, which may vary depending on the provider.

6. Exclusion and Rejections
6.1 Refund requests will be rejected under the following circumstances:

  • The token is requested only partially.
  • Bonus tokens are included in the requested amount
  • Bank account holder’s name does not match the app user profile
  • The request lacks sufficient supporting documentation or is found to be fraudulent

7. Amendments
Ampang Superbowl reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Introduction to Ampang Superbowl Sdn Bhd
    Ampang Superbowl Sdn Bhd, with its registered office located at Level 17, Menara MBF, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is the largest chain of bowling centers in Malaysia, as recognized by The Malaysia Book of Records in July 2008. The company currently operates 10 bowling centers nationwide and offers its products via the Ampang Superbowl Membership mobile app (“Products”) to customers through its online platform (www.ampangsuperbowl.com).
  2. Purpose of the Return Policy
    2.1 The Ampang Superbowl Membership mobile app refund policy is designed to safeguard our customers against unsatisfactory purchases by offering a refund of up to 100%, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this policy.
    2.2 Customers are required to review and understand the terms of this policy. If any customer does not agree to the terms, they are advised to cease using the platform. By initiating a purchase through the app, customers agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy.
  3. Terms of Return
    3.1 This Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased via the Ampang Superbowl Membership mobile app. Purchases made at Ampang Superbowl bowling counters are not eligible for returns under this policy. Products that are explicitly stated as non-refundable or non-exchangeable on the platform are not eligible for returns.
    3.2 Refund requests must be made no later than 7 (seven) days from the date the tokens or points are credited to the customer’s account.
    3.3 Customers are required to submit a return request by filling out the return form at the designated counter. The request must be accompanied by supporting evidence such as videos or images of the purchased product. Additional supporting documentation may be requested based on the reason for the return. Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in delays or rejection of the return request. Ampang Superbowl Support will review the return request and notify the customer of the outcome within 24 business hours.
    3.4 Returned products must meet the following criteria:

  1. Refund Process
    4.1 Customers may choose to opt for an online refund, which will be processed via the original payment method upon receipt and approval of the returned product.
    4.2 The refund will be credited to the customer’s account using the same payment method as the original purchase within 14-30 working days.
    4.3 Refund requests will not be entertained under the following circumstances:
    4.3.1 If the returned product does not meet the return requirements specified in clause 3.4.
    4.3.2 If the condition of the returned product differs from what was initially requested for return.
  2. Amendments to the Policy
    Ampang Superbowl Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
