The redemption program is open to all registered members of the Ampang Superbowl mobile app.
No minimum spend is required to redeem rewards. Users only need to accumulate the designated number of points for each listed item.
Points can be redeemed for all items listed under the Rewards section within the app.
There is no redemption limit per user, subject to item availability.
Stock availability is guaranteed unless otherwise communicated.
All redeemed items will be processed and shipped within 5 working days from the date of redemption.
Delivery is free of charge and available within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Users are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details at the time of redemption. Ampang Superbowl is not liable for items lost due to incorrect shipping information.
No returns or exchanges are allowed once an item has been redeemed.
In the event that an item arrives damaged, members must contact our support team within 3 working days at [email protected], along with proof of damage, to request assistance.
Ampang Superbowl reserves the right to retract, amend, or change any aspects of the redemption program, including the required points, item availability, and reward value, at any time without prior notice.
Any abuse of the loyalty program — including but not limited to fraudulent activity, creation of duplicate accounts, or exploitation of system loopholes — will result in immediate forfeiture of points and may lead to permanent account suspension.
Ampang Superbowl reserves the right to remove points and terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
